Support for Blue Light & Frontline Workers

Specialist, confidential therapy for those working on the front line.
With over 15 years of experience supporting individuals within the emergency services, I understand the unique pressures and emotional demands of frontline work. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space to process experiences, reduce the impact of trauma and stress, and support emotional wellbeing.
I am proud to support the work of the Blue Lamp Foundation, helping emergency service personnel injured in the line of duty and their families.
Discounted sessions are available for serving and retired Blue Light service personnel.
